With its industrial build and quality components, the UKCutter Smurf HWQ1200 is a cut above the rest in its range. The Smurf is equipped with ARMS (Automatic Registration Mark Sensor) technology which allows for automatic contour cutting. It also exhibits an array of inputs, including an SD card input, USB 2.0 input, and Serial/RS232 input.
It is also a High-precision cutter, able to cut small words and intricate details 2mm thick. It has 8MB infinite loop memory which allows it to cut complex jobs without stopping. The form factor and features make it ideal for contour cutting around stickers/decals, t-shirt transfers, craft card, and more.
Many other cutters in this range will struggle to keep up with the productivity of this machine. The core reason is that they lack heavy-duty components and are built with only hobbyists in mind.
