Items will only be dispatched after payment is received.
In order for your items to be released the same day we need to have confirmed receipt of your payment by 14:00. Any payments received after 14:00 but before 15:00, we will try our best to release the same day. All order payments cleared after 15:30 will be dispatched the following working day. Please also note that for pallet orders we need to have receipt of payment before 1:30pm for it to be sent the same day.
We reserve the right as the seller not to ship an item out at our discretion; in the case of this a full refund will be applied.
We provide next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses upon full payment. It may take 1-2 days for delivery. On request we can provide you with a tracking number / information so you can track your item.
Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice so please check carefully before committing to purchase (By clicking this you agree to accept our terms & conditions). Please be aware that remote areas, such as Northern Ireland, attract a premium shipping rate and will add 1 day onto the delivery date. If you are unsure about the rate please contact us for reassurance, any machines over the size limit for our courier service or in remote area will incur a larger shipping cost so please contact us before purchasing to avoid false buying.
In most cases your order will be delivered by one of the couriers above dependant on the items you are purchasing. In some cases we may select to use a different courier to those stated but you are welcome to request this information from us.
If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14 day return policy .i.e. you can return the item for any reason no questions asked for a refund within 14 days.
After receiving your item, if you are not satisfied contact us within 14 days. Should you decide to return your item, your refund will be given as either money back or an item exchange (This is your choice) – this does not include international locations and Northern Ireland as the cost of return service is expensive. In such cases, the RTB (Return to Base) warranty will take effect.
The buyer (you) pays for the return shipping fees both directions. If your machine needs to be returned under the RTB warranty within the warranty term, you will be required to pay for the shipping in both directions. In many cases, we can minimize your shipping costs by offering replacement parts. If you need a replacement part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the final price for the machine (not the part) and you will have 14 days to return the original part or product in the condition received or like new (whichever is better). When sending back a machine, we require that it be sent in the original packaging, so please keep all packing materials in good condition for the duration of the warranty period.
If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to replace the item or part.
Damaged On Arrival
Although machines are tested at the factory before being boxed, a small percentage of machines may arrive “Dead-On-Arrival ; due to various problems in transit (shaking, vibration, etc). We do not make exceptions to our conditions for DOA products – you would be required to follow our standard procedures as per above to obtain warranty repair. By purchasing one of our products, please realise that this is the small risk that you take, while this may seem inconvenient please realise that our prices are slashed by 50% compared to high street brands. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, please do not buy a machine from us.
If when you receive your order you find that there are any items or parts missing, please notify us as soon as possible. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order then we will send the missing item to you. If however you contact us more than 14 days after you have received your order then you will be expected to pay for the cost of shipping and/or the item.
This warranty does not cover items that SIGNZWORLD deem to be consumable, for example vinyl material or any other types of vinyl materials that are deemed consumable. Sublimation mugs, ink cartridges, printer inks, blade holders, blades, transfer paper, attachments, mats, tweezers, banners print media.
This warranty is only open to SIGNZWORLD Products purchased new.
This warranty is void if:
- Defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts.
- The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
- The damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the Product beyond capacity), improper maintenance or neglect.
- The damage is due to use of the SIGNZWORLD’s Product after partial failure, use with improper accessories or non-compliance with operating instructions.
- The damage is due to slight deviations from specification that do not affect tool function or value.
- The warranty card is lost.
- A claim has been made on the same item more than 3 times.
Owner’s warranty card
A warranty card will be submitted with the order with the following information: eBay name, unique id, item name and date of purchase.
To submit a claim for warranty the item will need to be sent to us to the address stated. The buyer (you) will need to produce the original warranty card to for the claim to be accepted. If the warranty card is lost the claim is void, however a replacement can be provided for a fee at SIGNZWORLD discretion.
The warranty period begins from the time the product is purchased from new. The starting date is the date on the original sales receipt.
Once a valid warranty claim has been received (within the warranty period) the defect shall be corrected by means of repair or equivalent replacement (in full working order). If the defective tool is replaced after repairs have been attempted, the faulty machine shall become the property of SIGNZWORLD.
A valid warranty claim requires the submission of the complete tool (with matching unique ID and eBay ID to that on the warranty card), the original warranty card must be shown prior to repairs.
Delivery Charges for repairs (part replacements etc) will be handled by the buyer (you) invalid claims may be charged at SIGNZWORLD discretion. Invalid claims may be repairable, in which case an estimate of the costs involved could be offered. SIGNZWORLD warranty is RTB (Return to Base) ONLY and all other perceptions of our products warranties are void.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing you contact us within 14 days of placing your order. Any cancellation requests made after this period will be refused.
In the event that a cancellation is submitted (via email or phone) before your order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is submitted after shipment of your order then we will deduct the shipping fee only.
