Items will only be dispatched after payment is received.

In order for your items to be released the same day we need to have confirmed receipt of your payment by 13:00. Any payments received after 13:00 but before 15:00, we will try our best to release the same day. All order payments cleared after 15:00 will be dispatched the following working day. Please also note that for pallet orders we need to have receipt of payment before 1:00pm and we will aim to dispatch it the same day.

We reserve the right as the seller not to ship an item out at our discretion; in the case of this a full refund will be applied.

We provide and pay for a next working day delivery on most orders to UK mainland addresses upon full payment. It may take 1-5 days for delivery (sometimes longer during busy/ holiday periods or courier/ Government restrictions/ timescales which are unfortunately beyond our control) On request we can provide you with a tracking number / information so you can track your item.

Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice so please check carefully before committing to purchase (By clicking this you agree to accept our terms & conditions). Please be aware that remote areas, such as Northern Ireland, attract a premium shipping rate and will add 1 – 2 day2 onto the delivery date. If you are unsure about the rate please contact us for reassurance, any machines over the size limit for our courier service or in remote area will incur a larger shipping cost so please contact us before purchasing to avoid false buying.

In most cases your order will be delivered by one of the couriers above dependant on the items you are purchasing. In some cases we may select to use a different courier to those stated but you are welcome to request this information from us.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you can do so by contacting us on 0121 550 4909 or send an email to Please state your personal details and order information used to make the purchase so that we can correctly identify your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing you contact us within 14 days of placing your order. Any cancellation requests made after this period will be refused.

In the event that a cancellation is submitted (via email or phone) before your order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is submitted after shipment of your order then we will deduct the shipping fee only.
