Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Cancellations

If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30 days return policy .i.e. you can return the item for any reason no questions asked for a refund within 30 days.

After receiving your item, if you are not entirely satisfied then please contact us within 30 days so that we can attempt to resolve any concerns. Should you decide to return your item, your returned item will be actioned as an item exchange or money back refund (This is your choice) – this does not include international locations and Northern Ireland as the cost of return service is expensive. In such cases, the RTB (Return to Base) warranty will take effect.
Please note that in the case of printer returns:
We cannot accept back any printers for replacement or refund either in or after the 30 days return policy once the inks have been installed / filled and ran through the printer system and no longer in a new as received condition unless deemed faulty after all technical support and assessment has been concluded.

The buyer (you) pays for the return shipping fees both directions. If your machine needs to be returned under the RTB warranty within the warranty term, you will be required to pay for the shipping in both directions. In many cases, we can minimize your shipping costs by offering replacement parts. If you need a replacement part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the final price for the machine (not the part) and you will have 14 days from receipt of delivery of the part/ parts to return the original part/ parts or product in the condition received or like new (whichever is better). When sending back a machine, we require that it be sent in the original packaging,  ** Please keep all packing materials in good condition for the duration of the warranty period**

If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to replace the item or part.

Damaged/ Dead On Arrival (D.O.A)

Although machines are tested at the factory before being boxed, a small percentage of machines may arrive “Dead-On-Arrival ; due to various problems in transit (shaking, vibration, etc). We do not make exceptions to our conditions for DOA products – you would be required to follow our standard procedures as per above to obtain warranty repair. By purchasing one of our products, please realise that this is the small risk that you take, while this may seem inconvenient please realise that our prices are slashed by 50% compared to high street brands. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, please do not make a purchase from us.

Missing Items

If when you receive your order you find that there are any items or parts missing, please notify us as soon as possible. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order then we will send the missing item to you. If however you contact us more than 7 days after you have received your order then you will be expected to pay for the cost of shipping and/or the item.

RTB Warranty

Please note that due to a revision in our warranty policies, as of June 10th 2019 all brand new machinery will include a full 12 month return to base warranty. Items bought prior to this date shall still carry the original warranty agreement as stated at point of purchase.

This warranty does not cover items that SIGNZWORLD deem to be consumable, for example vinyl material or any other types of vinyl materials that are deemed consumable. Sublimation mugs, ink cartridges, printer inks, blade holders, blades, transfer paper, mug press attachments also known as mug elements/ mug mats/ mug blankets, banners print media.

This warranty is only open to SIGNZWORLD Products purchased new.

This warranty is void if:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts.
  • The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
  • The damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the Product beyond capacity), improper maintenance or neglect.
  • The damage is due to use of the SIGNZWORLD’s Product after partial failure, use with improper accessories or non-compliance with operating instructions.
  • The damage is due to slight deviations from specification that do not affect tool function or value.
  • A claim has been made on the same item more than 3 times.

Warranty Coverage

As previously stated, due to a revision in our warranty policies, as of June 10th 2019 all brand new machinery will include a full 12 month RTB (return to base warranty) Items bought prior to this date shall still have their original warranty agreement as stated at point of purchase. The warranty period begins from the time the product is purchased from new. The starting date is the date on the original sales receipt.

Once a valid warranty claim has been received (within the warranty period) the defect shall be corrected by means of repair or equivalent replacement (in full working order). If the defective tool is replaced after repairs have been attempted, the faulty machine shall become the property of SIGNZWORLD.

A valid warranty claim requires the submission of the complete tool with matching purchasing ID

Delivery Charges for repairs (part replacements etc) will be handled by the buyer (you) invalid claims may be charged at SIGNZWORLD discretion. Invalid claims may be repairable, in which case an estimate of the costs involved could be offered. SIGNZWORLD warranty is RTB (Return to Base) ONLY and all other perceptions of our products warranties are void.

Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you can do so by contacting us on 0121 550 4909 or send an email to support@ukcutter.co.uk. Please state your personal details and order information used to make the purchase so that we can correctly identify your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing you contact us within 14 days of placing your order. Any cancellation requests made after this period will be refused.

In the event that a cancellation is submitted (via email or phone) before your order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is submitted after shipment of your order then we will deduct the shipping fee only.

If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to replace the item or part.
